It all started with an idea.
Before moving to Greeneville, Tn., I lived in Miami, Fl., I had several jobs before opening my cleaning company, which was running until 2019 due to the pandemic.
Before the pandemic started, my husband had come to Greeneville to visit a relative and fell in love with the place, I didn't (to be honest), at least not at first, but I did notice that it was a quiet place to raise children and I have two. We decided to buy a house and little by little I fell in love, not only with the place but also with the people, their human quality and warmth.
In 2022, the idea of selling part of our culinary culture began, and two years later, April 2024, the Què Bolà Cuban Food trailer emerged and it all began.
